John Weatherspoon, LCSW earned his Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Radford University. He has earned certification in Leadership in an Employee-Owned Setting from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy & Practice.

Jack has 40 years of high-level experience in the mental health/intellectual disabilities field, working in creating and operating every manner of residential service. Jack founded the agency in 1995 with Kamala Bauers and both serve as members of the Board of Directors.

Matthew Rosenbaum is the Chief Financial Officer for Wall Residences. He helps oversee the office staff and financial operations of the company. Prior to Wall Residences, he worked in public accounting for several years. He holds a bachelor’s in Accounting, a bachelor’s in Finance, and a master’s in Business Administration. Matthew can be contacted with questions about Billing, Human Resources, Payroll, and other office staff functions.

Heather Cromer

Heather is a graduate of Radford University, holding her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Special Education. She is a licensed, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). With over 12 years of experience supporting people with disabilities who experience extensive behavioral support needs. Additionally, she is a Nationally Board-Certified Teacher of Exceptional Needs and holds a certificate of Autism Studies. Heather oversees the Wall Residences Behavior Team across the state and is responsible for the training and supervision of Behavior Specialists and Registered Behavior Technicians. Heather is a member of the Quality Assurance Team, ensuring Therapeutic Consultation services are delivered with best-practice standards. Heather is also available to provide therapeutic consultation services for individuals with significant behavioral support needs in the Roanoke/NRV and SWVA regions.

Megan Riviera

Meagan was born and raised in New York and moved to Virginia Beach in 2020. She first learned about ABA working in the field as a direct care professional back in 2015. After graduating with her bachelor's degree in speech communication, she decided to take her career path in a different direction. She first entered into the field as a behavior technician in 2018, where she grew passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. She graduated with a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. She became licensed and board certified as an Assistant Behavior Analyst in 2022 and took on a role as a Therapeutic Consultant in 2023. Some of her hobbies and interests include playing sports, scoping out the restaurant and coffee scene, going to the beach, and spoiling her cat!

Vannah Wilber

Vannah is a Lynchburg, VA native and has been in the field of behavior analysis for over 13 years. She holds a Master of Education degree in Special Education from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA (GO Wahoos!). Vannah’s experience in the field of ABA has taken many forms including behavior technician, graduate student, special education teacher, and behavior analyst. She is most passionate about helping make meaningful and socially significant changes through play-based learning to improve quality of life. As a former teacher, she also loves to learn, especially alongside other goal-driven professionals. She is dedicated to mentoring RBTs and students of behavior analysis for her own leadership development and for the overall growth of the field of ABA. When she is not working, you can find her trail running through the Blue Ridge Mountains and watching her two boys (Brock and Tuck) play football, basketball and baseball.
